Welcome to Noriah’s Ananda. I’m Latoia (Noriah), a trauma-informed yoga and meditation coach and psychology student. I help individuals and communities release stress, restore balance, and build resilience through yoga, mindfulness, and psychology-informed wellness practices.


My Story
Making a Positive Impact
Hello, I’m Latoia, owner of Noriah’s Ananda. Since 2021, I’ve been sharing the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and breathwork with students and communities seeking balance, healing, and clarity.
My journey began with a simple desire: to help people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and feel at peace in their daily lives. Along the way, I discovered how deeply intertwined the mind and body truly are — which led me to pursue a bachelor’s in psychology, graduating in 2027.
This combination of mind-body practice and psychological insight allows me to offer a unique approach to wellness that goes beyond the mat. I focus on creating safe, trauma-informed spaces where every individual can heal, grow, and thrive.
